Proposal for Condominium Buildings Design
Hello, I am hereby submitting my proposal for your Condominium Buildings Design. For now I have uploaded the plans - Site Layout, 2-Bed & 1-Bed buildings floor plans & typical unit plans for your review. As per your brief, I have considered the following design guidelines - - This site being on the beach, I have provided large enough patios & balconies to get the maximum view, but also it being a Storm / Hurricane prone site, sturdy structure with column & slabs to prevent damage even in worst case scenarios. - Terraces fully equipped with all recreational amenities are also provided with some covered patios, also bound with columns & slabs. - Each unit is designed such to get maximum views of the beach and surrounding landscape, yet structurally safe. - The central corridors are also enclosed to prevent from external wind damage.
