The audience is the African (Cameroonian) community.

#increaseprize - Hi, $200 USD might cover the character design and animation costs for those using a pre-rigged set-up - but not vocal performance. Unless you're content with text-voice, your budget isn't enough. If you want an animated character talking convincingly we have to pay an actor, your budget isn't touching that.

Also, seriously: you need proper translations for your script.

Line 5 of your English version should read "YOUR first 3 transactions are all FREE!!" not YOU and the second-to-last line should read "This is the new way of sending money to your LOVED ONES!" NOT "This is the new way of sending money to your lovely one!"

  Cool - that works better. The thing is, realistically - we require the voice performance first in order to get the timing right on the animation. If you're happy to put up with text-to-speech as a placeholder, we can accommodate that - but, you must realise, if produced that way - we basically have to re-animate in order to sync with whatever vocal performance you provide later on. That's doubling the work on the job, without taking into account that we have to produce in two separate languages. As long as you both understate and can accommodate that, you shouldn't have too much trouble attracting animators but - as I say, currently the price is on the low side for the work involved. Bear in mind, this is a deductible you're commissioning here - is it really an economy commissioning cheap looking animation for your business because - basically - this is what the current budget buys.
