Resumen del concurso

I require a Billboard / Poster to be made to aid "GFR Estates" to purchase all types of property and land.
Research needs to be conducted to investigate the text and points of interest to create the poster.
Logo has been designed and is attached.
A word document is attached with suggested text, and also a map indicating the areas we cover.
The project will be awarded to someone who demonstrates creativity, does their research and includes it within their draft.

The size of the boards will vary from site to site, so the design needs to be easily adaptable.
Majority of the billboards will be Rectangle in shape. (height-3.15m x width-2.2m) is the size of the billboard on my building.
