**** You will need to build all the pages. NOT one page

we need you to build a desktop/mobile/tablet RESPONSIVE html and css website for a recruiting agency. the website is for recruiting in tech and the audience is tech companies who are looking for candidates to hire.
We are going to provide a ROUGH idea of the layout in figma. Use your own high quality images and creative imagination to make the website look modern and professional. Also the theme and main color should be green.

**the figma attached contains RANDOM assets that I put together, but they are not the same theme. I need a design where all the colors match and is cohesive.

THE FIGMA IS JUST FOR THE LAYOUT and is just a rough sketch/idea, please design the website using your imagination.

Is ReactJs fine ? Or Is it strictly basic website with HTML/CSS/Js?

And also "use your imagination" is ambiguous ... Let me know how very similar the website must be or you can explain your vision in a meet if possible.

Secondly, whoever designed your Figma UI is a total waste.
Third, your logo is not professional. There is no color scheme match between your logo and website. So in short this project is a disaster and waste of money.
