We are launching 'the human works academy' a B2C traning provider, offering workshops to the general public and Businesses who want to improve their own (or their peoples) communication skills (concious human skills )

This coincides with a book launch in may 2020 , the book is about conscious human skills and at the moment is going to be called 'NOT A ROBOT ' the publisher is in consultation with a major bookseller and hopefully we will get the green light from them for the name.
the book explains how the job market is changing as AI famously replaces mundane jobs and to survive and stay future proof in the job market , people will need to develop their concious human skills

this is the short book pitch

The world is changing for better or for worse and so is how we work, this book is for people who want to get ahead of the curve and not just survive but thrive in the 4th industrial revolution.

“Mobile phones, social media, email and virtual meetings, have opened up many channels of communication, but they have also diminished our interpersonal skills. Without care, we are running the risk of turning into human-robots.

This book will help the reader:

•Clearly understand the skills employers are looking for via interviews with key industry figures.

•Reflect on what to unlearn, learn and then relearn with examples of how industry is evolving,

•Explore their emotional intelligence and practice empathy and understanding,

•Leverage human skills such as listening, socialising, and storytelling to
create a new future for themselves.

•Recognise the human robot within and create a personal roadmap to humanness

the book is essentially a guided 5 week master class and will cover the following areas:

1. Engage
2. Listen
3. Empathise
4. Inspire
5. Collaborate

the book takes people on a journey and to support 'OurTribe'. We are launching 'The Human Works Academy' to support the ongoing training needs of our tribe and so needs a very strong brand to convey that concious human skills are going to very important if people are going to keep their jobs and flourish in the 4th industrial revolution
