  or let me give you this idea.... :). Use the "sphere or circle, and shape it into a bread.. make it slightly, meaning so the outside looks enough like a bread but it's not too bold.

  this looks very good... like I said in the previous post, try changing the oval and the bread... give me a simpler version please
