Hi,
I am looking for a very professional, modern, creative, eye catching logo for a new residential/commercial real estate company - Green Pine Properties

The logo must be catchy, clean, creative, modern and professional. Looking for a brand that people will recognize when they see it.

The logo name: Green Pine Properties
Logo colors: Green and Yellow - (same colors as masters.jpg)
Layout: Create a nice professional Music Production Logo with nice fonts similar to the original logo but better. Read below:

MUST READ INSTRUCTIONS:

**You can use GPP in logo, pine trees, what ever you think looks the best. We are very open to ideas and just want something creative and unique. Again I love hidden symbols or messages in logos**
**Must include a horizontal and vertical version - 2 versions of the same logo and submit in the same entry**

Looking for a creative logo that looks similar to other modern professional real estate development companies... Use your creativity.

Please create something much better with much nicer fonts! - the fonts are very important!

I have a graphic design degree and I know what looks good so I will guide you through this process because I reply to every post with feedback.

Do not use clipart or copyrighted fonts that could cause issues in the future with copyright. This must be an original design.

I have included the base examples of other logos which you can get an idea from to make it easy.

If your skills are great we could use your services to create future logos.

Winner must provide all jpegs, Vector files, Photoshop files and fonts.
