Create a 1500 word blog post from my bullet points

I am looking for a freelance to help me create 100 or so blog posts and over 250,000 pages of eBooks in the next 6 months so this will be a very large series of projects for the winner. I only want to work with one person and develop a solid long standing relationship. I have been badly let down by freelancers pretending to be (1) english speaking and (2) some experience of entrepreneurship and business and it's time to see who can really deliver for me. To find the best writer, I am offering a contest on one blog post. I will send you my template of how I want the post structured into 6 different sections and then many bullet points and information points for you to write the post. The posts will all be related to small business and entrepreneurship so you MUST have experience in this field and not just be a writer.

It's not a large amount at £50 but the winner (if he or she is up-to the standard I require) can earn £1000s with me moving forward since I have a lot of material I want to create this year.

    Hi Carl. The contest only allows picture files to be uploaded. I think many of us are frustrated as we can't upload Word files. Are you able to change it to allow Word files? If not you may want to contact the freelancers individually so they can send you their entries in readable form. Thanks.

      Once a winner is chosen, he/she can upload the file in the correct format for the contest holder privately in a process called "contest handover". After the approval of the file by the contest holder, the contest price money is transferred. If the files will be uploaded in correct format now, there are a lot more chances for them to be misused by someone. There are reasons for them to be shown as image file(s). Everything is systematic.
