Resumen del concurso

Design a 3D model based on the logo PSD provided that can be easily 3D printed from STL format.

The model is going to be 3D printed quite large and used in our office. We can paint and texture the model once printed, so we're open to any colors or other ideas for the model as well.

The more detailed, creative or just damn cool the model created is the better.

Thanks for the early submissions folks.

The intent is for the 2D logo to be recreated in 3D with the ability to be 3D printed from an STL format.
3D Render and object can be in any program as long as an STL output can be provided.

It will be 3D Printed as a free standing object, like a trophy.

For more detail, the spray paint can should be rendered as a cylinder, the "D" logo can be dealt with in a creative manner of the designers choice. Either rendered as a label on the can that stands out, or carved into a hollow section of the spay can.

The paint dripping from the side of the can should be used as a stand for the model and a base plate for the model to stand upright should be added to the bottom of it. Perhaps the 3D paint dripping off the can is made to look like it is pooling on the ground as the base plate. The can itself should be rendered on an angle from horizon as it is in the PSD.

Thanks!

Dear contest holder- Please consider the stability and weight of the model also ( center of gravity point should be inside the model), beside the aesthetic design .

Exactly... Countless support structure would ruin the surfaces while removing

Hello @Contest Holder, do you want the Trophy to be made out of multiple pieces connected with keyholes, or one full watertight piece?

I don't think you just need a extruded version of you logo. Please elaborate your requirement.
