Design a simple, crisp state of the art Website/shop experience.
Customer: Large Corporations
Products will be customer specific and are highly customized
Max. 1-10 products per customer
Multi tenant - products are specific per customer
No picture need to be presented, only description of the products (a few lines plus link to pdf download of detailed product description)
Market: USA, multi industry medical, logistics, automotive, telecom and more
Language: English (for now)
Experience features:
Order experience: As a customer I'd like to shop for a predefined product and select the quantity that I'd like to receive, shipping addresses may vary for each item
Example: Customer orders 100 items of the same product, 100 different shipping addresses need to be provided/entered
Inventory experience: As a customer I'd like to see what is in my inventory resp. what I have bought and to which address or individual it has been shipped as well as 4 different alphanumeric serial numbers. In transit/shippment products/items or defective items which have been sent back for repair should be displayed as well. Every items should have a status. Also the status of a returned product should be visible. Filter allow me to select a good view in the inventory.
Return/reverse experience flow: Products might break and need to be repaired. As a customer I'd like to request the exchange (new order) of a replacement product. I'd like to select from my inventory which product at which address or with which of the 4 serial numbers should be returned and trigger the reverse/return flow. This will allow me to ensure all data has been gathered already. As a customer I'd like to comment and provide input what is wrong/not working with the product. A replacement product should be shipped out immediately, replace the original one.
Reporting & Invoice experience:
Download capabilities for invoices, detailed invoicing supporting data & other reports.
Admin experience:
As the admin of this web shop/portal I'd like to see what is going on in the background, so that I can help customer troubleshooting in case of issues, but also see the state of orders or reverse orders.
