Dear contestants,

I need a 3D photo realistic render for a modern living & dining room

We attach photos of the room
And another one of the whole apartment so you can see the general style

The size of the room is 6,66 m x 2,77 m, hight from floor to ceiling is 2.20m

The column you can see on the picture is 60 x 25 cm (from floor to ceiling 2.20m too). The distance from the window to the column is 1.64m. And the distance from the column to the wall is 4.54m.

The distance between the kitchen block and the wall (entrance to the room) is 1.40 m.

Thus one wall (Length) is 6.66m and the other 6.66 minus the entrance (1.40) = 5.25m!

We have an open kitchen that can be seen from the room you design (see pictures)

We need you to master a living and dining room combination. We are looking for a modern design.

We have three small dogs (pomeranian, Maltese and Yorkshire terrier) if you can add a modern bed / sleeping area(s) for the dogs, it would be appreciated (modern design too we attach some ideas for dog beds we liked. Just for inspiration. Please do not add exact same). No carpets on the floor please.

“Joseba won our rendering contest. What we appreciated the most was that he perfectly understood our needs and designed a great living room with a nice dining area. We are looking for a modern design, the proposal was easy to realize and very realistic considering the size of the room and our personal needs. Also we have three small dogs, a fact that he totally considered (nothing that could be easily destroyed, bed for the dogs in modern design etc). Dear contestants, as the deadline comes closer we are getting more and more great proposals. I stopped awarding with stars because we would like to see all proposals before awarding them and judging the proposals we already have. It was quite easy to judge when we had the first five proposals but as the contest goes on we are getting more and more interesting proposal. We will take a decision shortly after the deadline. Thanks again for your great work, we are really impressed! If we had more than one living room believe me we would take several :) you are really great! Thank you so much for helping us!

  The part of the kitchen block that you can see on the pictures with the two chairs is 90cm high, on the floor the difference between the living room wall and the kitchen block is 25cm so the block is 25cm behind the wall from the living room where the bookshelf that you can see on the pictures is. The block is 1.20 m long. I guess those are all mesures you need from the kitchen?

Thank you for the amazing entries you have submitted so far! We are really happy with the proposals that we are getting! I just wanted to let you know that in Colombia, it’s very normal to design and fabric furniture. So you don’t have to try designing furniture we will easily find in a shop. We will have the furniture from the awarded proposal made. So you can be as creative as you like :)

Solo quería aclarar para los que de pronto no se lo imaginaron asi: no tienen que diseñar muebles que podemos encontrar fácilmente en la tienda. En Colombia es muy normal dejar diseñar y fabricar muebles. En bogota tenemos infinitas (buenas) fabricas de muebles. Entonces pueden ser tan creativos como quieran. Vamos a mandar a hacer los muebles de la propuesta ganadora :)

  Hello! We are looking for a modern style but have no preferences for a certain kind of "modern" in general. We would find it interessting to get also submissions for glass (dinning) tables. We are very open for new ideas, in general we like the colours white and grey for this appartment, maybe combined with wooden elements or glass elements but that's not a must.

Hi there, I was working on my proposal and i was wondering how often people come to visit and how many of them?
For example would a 4-chair dining table be enough or you need bigger like 6?
and for living do you need just comfy couch for 3 or 4 people with added pouffes,
or people come to visit often in larger numbers?

  Hi! Thank you for your questions, we appreciate your interest a lot. If a 6 chair dining table fits, I would prefer it but honestly I have no idea if it would look "crowded". We don't have visitors in larger numbers often. What I want the most is the room to not look "too full", of course if larger furniture fits, its always good. as I said, a dining table for 6 would be nice but only if the room doesn't end up looking horrible ;)
