Hello,

I have a small motel and would like to add a business center with modern & creative design elements.
We currently have small office area ( 10meters X 10 meters) that we want to convert into a business center. This office area is attached to the motel Gym.
Designer is required to submit a design for a motel business center (with exterior design, interior design, walk way and lobby area design). Designs are required in 3D with different perspectives. A video walkthrough is also required.
The Business Center is Called Najmah Business Center.
Here is my wish list:
LOBBY AREA:
The business center and Gym currently have the same entrance. The designer can recommend a creative way to enter both facilities either from the same entrance, or suggest a new creative design for the lobby/entrance. A small reception area must be there in order for users of both facilities to register their names before being allowed to use the facility.
The existing lobby area can be smaller in order to utilize the space for the business center.
BUSINESS CENTER AREA:
- Must have 6 work stations
- One docking station
- Printer, Fax and shredding Machine Area
- Coffee area
- Small reading area
- Small conference room (if possible) – if size allows.
- The business center should have modern and creative design elements. ((NOT CLASSIC))
- PLEASE UTILIZE SPACE AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE.

hi sir, It is a good challenge and you will receive a beautiful interior design but you have to incease time and prize also , as it is too small for such a project like this as you want also a walk through. thanks.
