1.) The goal of this flyer is to capture the attention of homeowners who are behind on their mortgage payments and might be close to losing their house due to foreclosure. I would like to see the message being conveyed with clean, crisp, photos. Maybe of a "distressed" person with a modest home photo ? Whatever you think to portray the message... that's why I'm here for help.
