Resumen del concurso

I need a logo designing for my client.

They are called Ace Taxi and like the colors to mainly be -

Yellow, Black, White, Red (Not much Red)

The logo will have to include the text - Ace Taxi

I have a rough image attached of something they have tried but it is not professional enough. If you could make it look sharper and add bits to it this would be great! The image file name is - 39CFE943-8E8D-4879-9F27-B451A1498EE9 11.png Please see file attached.

THE LOGO MUST INCLUDE -

1) Ace Taxi
2) The shape that is the spade off the designs attached.
3) All file formats for the logo to be used in various design needs
4) The colors mentioned above but Red is not needed if it does not look good.
5) The file attached named (39CFE943-8E8D-4879-9F27-B451A1498EE9 11.png) Is my clients overall idea of what it needs to look like. If you could take this and make it more professional then this would be perfect.

Any new ideas would also be great, please see attached files eand images for guidance.
