The logo is for use in an upcoming short film to be shot later this year. The logo will be used as part of production materials, headers, fundraisers and the film itself. You will be given 'Graphic Designer' credit in addition to the Freelance fee you earn here. Please note we may ask you to sign a release form to ensure we own all the rights to the work we are hiring you for.

What is the logo?

The logo is simply this text: 7th Sent

'7th Sent' is the title of our short film. It is a dark, somewhat creepy sci-fi / horror story. Similar logos that come to mind are 'X-Files' and 'The Walking Dead'.

*Important*
We may need the same logo in 4 usable formats.

Format 1: Film (will be used as the on-screen title)
Format 2: Plain (this will be used for letterheads / mail / email)
Format 3: Banner (for banners - i.e. something that can fit at the top of a website)
Format 4: Poster (almost anything that fits on a poster)

*We'll need the original file(s) (i.e. the Photoshop file), not just a jpg so that we can resize it etc if we need to.

If your design of the logo doesn't require a reworking to fit the different mediums then that's fine. However if they need a slight reworking (and more of your time) we can negotiate whether or not you need more funds to do this.

Only one design needs to be made for us to see if we can use it or not. *There's no need to make up 4 versions right off the bat.*

Please limit your logo to two colours. There is a great example of The Walking Dead's logo that has black text and a red hand stamped on it (looks like blood). This is easily found on the web (sorry don't want to steal anyone's work and post it here).

Extra info to help inspire you:

The story has a creepy ghost/demon type theme to it. There is going to be a specific reference to CERN (the large hadron collider). A design somehow incorporating something like the image attached would be bonus, but *not* necessary (especially if this doesn't 'fit' with your great design, so don't sweat it).

We are looking for professional, quality work. Your logo will be the first thing backers to our project will see. We need to look cutting edge and on our game!
