Design a Logo for Diplomatic Academy

We are a new established academy based in Middle East . We will be specializing in offering a diplomatic courses, training & higher education courses
The logo should include the business name Diplomatic Academy . Although I prefer cooler colors like blue and Gold I am open to any design so long that it looks professional. The logo will be used on marketing campaign, "stationaries" and the website so it should be visible and clear from afar.
The design should be made in Adobe Photoshop or Indesign with all the layers intact (not flattened). Please don’t hesitate to reach out to me with any questions.
Also, the logo guideline must contain all the colors code.
***UPDATE*** Please make sure to include the logo on a plain light AND dark background. If you want to submit another on a wall or building that's fine but I will be making my decision based on only the plain light and dark background.

Congrats to winner ! To the fellow designers: because of many wrong doing happening here sometimes, I understand some of the reactions but don't be fast to judge and wait till you hear from all sides.. Winner is not happy for the false accusation and stated Koranic verses to protect himself from bad and envious eyes... Anyhow best of luck to all !
