I see everyone copying reference images. Please do not do that. These are just for what content needs to go on the poster.

The requirement and details are mentioned below –

Size:
Length – 24”
Breadth – 12”

Color:
Black & Orange or Yellow is what we liked. Basically contrasting colors. Please note, a lot of these posters would be in the outdoors and huge spaces. It needs garner attraction from a considerable distance.

Event Details:
* We will be conducting team games / activities inside some of the tech parks in Bangalore.
* For e.g – in Manyata Tech Park on Oct 11th.
* Participants would be in groups of 4
* Teams would be tested on 4 parameters / skill set – Creativity, Co-ordination, Mind games & Strategy.
* Each of the above parameter would be a stage in itself. E.g. Stage 1 of the event would have multiple activities all testing the participant on Creativity and stage 2 on Co-ordination and so on.
* We will be having elimination at each stage.
* Each Stage would also have its rewards and apart from the main prize to the ultimate winner. E.g. All those registering for the event would be there in Stage 1 by default. The prize for Stage 1 would be distributed everyone “participating” in Stage 1 and not just the winners.
* Event duration would be for 3 hours.

Event Title:
* Battlefield e.g. “Battlefield Manyata”
* This would be the biggest in size on the poster and the font needs to depict ‘battle’, ‘war’, etc.

Poster Components:
1. Thrillophilia logo and Embassy Logo
2. Event Title
3. Prizes for each stage
4. The four stages. We intend to address each stage basis a particular character.
5. Highlight it would be 4 member team competing in 4 stages and tested on 4 skill sets
6. Date, venue and timing.
7. Invite participants for registration
8. Provide Url for the registration
9. Give deadline for registration closure

PS: WE ARE LOOKING TO CLOSE THIS IN NEXT 3 DAYS, BEST ENTRIES WITHIN THIS PERIOD MAY BE GIVEN PRIORITY.
