I am looking for a logo design that can transcend into business cards, realty signs and stationary.

Please provide a standalone logo concept and a rectangular sign concept (24w X 18h) in inches. Please note: The sign design will need to allow for space for a readable large phone number and website URL.

There are four main elements I would very much like to see in the design:

• A wavy American Flag (can also be used as a background for signs)
• An eagle in flight (hawks or ravens are good alternatives as well. More than one is okay.)
• A sky, sunrise or horizon. A sun and/or clouds in the sky are okay.
• Something that communicates both residential and commercial real estate (buildings, houses, etc.) However, 90% of the business I will be doing is residential.

I would prefer to work with American or Canadian designers.
