I would like to use this site/interface to create a really nice professional sign for my company:

The sign should say "Property Protected by Video Surveillance, (my company name)". The sign theme should match our logo attached. The design does not have to include the logo, unless there's a way to include it in a professional appearance. The sign needs to have some "tech flare" also (e.g. binary 1's and 0's).

Requirement: great communication, good English speaking.

Note I have a small budget for this but may use graphic designer for future projects.
