Design a simple logo for a video production company. We're interested in creating an attractive, easy-to-read logo that contains the following elements:

Top Line: "GEOMATRIX" with a Play Button in the middle of the O. (Large, all caps)
Second Line: Productions Inc. (Small in comparison to the top line)

Please use your creativity, but contain the end product to the above instructions.

*Side Note: Please be aware that this contest will be awarded in 3 days, not 7. I could not change the contest after I set it up.
