First off I know the budget isn’t much… I’m a start-up company based out of Fujairah, United Arab Emirates but operate in Dubai so I have a Dubai mailing PO BOX. I’m going to be providing service of Skilled Technical Labour to the events industry across the UAE. I will be out there working as well as hiring Freelance Operators when needed to satisfy business levels. If you yourself, or you know anyone that’s started a business in the UAE you will know how expensive it is…..

I am looking for a full website , It doesn’t have to anything too fancy and only a few pages in total. I don’t know coding at all and absolutely rubbish at design…

I am happy for you to use an established CMS system for the back end, I’ve worked with Joomla sites in the past for other employers, this will also keep coding down to a minimum and allow you to focus more on the design.

What im looking for is as follows,

· Home Page – A welcome introduction of the company (I can provide this), a news feed I can easily publish to.

· About Page – Who we are, when we established, a section about me as the business owner

· Contact page – A simple contact form that goes into an online database, but emails me a notification

· A registration page for Freelancers to sign up – Please see existing website for the required information, www.mkiddtech.co.uk. This would also need to go into an online database.

· A secure area for Freelancers to view and edit their own information from the online database.
