Include coding and admin panel in the price quote. I would like this written on Joomla and have an admin panel that all changes can be made and the website can be updated from there.

Needs these TABS - Our Story, Our Services, Media, Business Activities *this needs sub pages "by region" "by product or Service" and then they need sub pages of four each) Corporate Information (this needs approx 11 sub pages)
Please use http://www.sojitz.com/en as a back end template but please ensure the Design is modern and australian corporate.

http://www.mauriceblackburn.com.au/, http://exportgrowth.com.au/home (Best example of what I think we're looking for. Clearly set out and easy to navigate, Font is crisp, background is off white, modern icons and layout like exportgrowth, Large scrolling travel shot for front page, country to country, container ships, flights, small business to the world type shots, please include these type images & icons on sub pages and ensure you use stock photos)

Logo design needs to be about partnership and travel.
