I want a Home Value Mailer Designed. This Mailer will be sent out to every home owner in the town of Benicia. The goal of this mailer is to bring people into my website MyHomeBenicia.com were they will fill out the contact form to be given a home valuation. The website "MyHomeBenicia.com" should be the center point of this flyer.

Mailer requirements:
2 sided mailer that will be printed on 8.5 x 11 paper then cut in half.
Must be saved in photoshop with layers so I can edit later as I see fit.
Both front and back designs should be 11" W x 4.24" H 300 Resolution.

All of my contact information can be smaller. It does need to be large like on attached examples.

Please be creative with your design and verbiage. I will pick the mailer that I think will bring the most people into the website. That is the goal.

The attached files 123.JPG and NewMailerback.PSD are to show required sizes for front and back.
