Hi there,
We need following done for a Medical Practice in Australia – Epping North Medical Centre ( www.eppingnorthmedical.com.au)
• Design 06 stickers ( EACH sticker will be : Dimensions 200cm height . 75cm width )
• Design a Leaflet ( Modify the current one when it comes to side 1 and completely design side 2 )
• Design 1 poster ( A3 Size ) – Single Side - A2 (420mm x 594mm) - Almost identical to side 1 of Leaflet
• Design a Banner with simply mentioning “Now Open till 9pm” , 2nd line “Weekends till 5pm”

Designers : Since this is a contest , we don't want you to do everything in one go - Simply show is 6 Stickers and once we finalise the Designer , he/she can do the rest - Hope this makes sense rather you wasting time designing everything since its sort of a big project !!

Stickers:
For Stickers, please refer to attachment - stickers.pdf . You are required to use Stock Images. We will purchase the stock images once you confirm which ones we need to purchase, but in order to show us the proof, just use the exact stock image with Watermark on it ….

When designing Stickers, for example Sticker 3 – Women’s & Children’s Health
And Travel Health, remember each 2 sections needs to be accommodated with appropriate nice & professional looking images to reflect the 2 categories

Sticker 4 – Please be careful NOT to use any offensive images at all

Leaflet: (You are required to this as the last one , IF selected only . Concentrate on the Stickers FIRST )
Please refer to the attached leaflet ( changes-required-leaflet.pdf)- Side 1 , as you can see there are few MINOR changes , Side 2 - You need to come up with a new art work instead of the FAMILY FUN day art work.

The New Art Work for side 2 will be all about Sexual Health related and we will give you a rough idea about the art work + Text, in 2 days’ time, but for the time being, please concentrate on 6 Stickers, poster, leaflet side 1 and do some research with regards to images you are going to put towards 2nd side of the leaflet

Poster is almost identical to the Leaflet Side 1 with minor changes,

Please make sure the final stickers should be in extremely good / high quality / High Resolution and same applies to Poster & Leaflet

With Regards to the Logo, please refer attached Logo file

“Melbourne Pathology” & “Medicare Bulk billing” Please use STANDARD images / Logos as per Leaflet

Kindly Note : Whatever graphics you use SHOULD be FREE from Copyright issues .
Please don’t use images or ideas from other similar sites , images taken from Google etc..

Greetings, looking forward to working on this project. Do you happen to have the Epping North Medical Centre logo and all the other logos you wish for us to use as vectors? The stickers are going to be very large, at 2 meters tall and 75 centimeters wide, therefore vectorised versions of the logos will be much appreciated! Thank you!
