From the Stars to the Earth's Core…

The TOP BORDER of each content section on the page will represent a different "space", such as:

Galaxy
Clouds
Mountains
Country
Coast
Ocean
Deep Sea
Ocean Floor
Earth's Core

This website theme will use "Parallax" scrolling, which allows graphic layers to drift over each other.
Each artwork border that divides the spaces should be built into 3-layers, that can subtly drift over each other. (see boy-coy.com)
For more info on what Parallax is, visit http://jarallax.com

Also, please include normal website items, such as:
Menu, Footer, Social media icons, etc.

The artwork should be modern, pop art style, with a lot of attention to detail.

The artwork for the top section of each space level should be made into 3-4 layers,
and be limited to 2-3 colors, with pop-art style.

Example for Mountains:
Layer 1 - main Mountains background.
Layer 2 - Secondary bigger Mountains.
Layer 3 - smaller Mountains.

So the next space level would be

For Country:
Layer 1 - main rolling hills background.
Layer 2 - tree tops
Layer 3 - Grass

So when a user scrolls down, the layer in the forefront will start to cover more of the layers behind it. Like its changing elevation perspective.

  To clarify some of the direction.
  
  I am looking for the style shown in the example (boy-coy.com),
  which is 1-2 color pop art.
  So no gradients, or boarders around the art elements.
  
  The artwork would be just at the top border of each space level, to separate them.
  Ideally be made into 3 layers that could subtly drift over each other.
  Blank areas below each space level are needed for the content placement.
