  my design is using the same colors as the top rated entry with 5 stars. yet i get feedback of why my design is using the same colors and i get response of being to colorful even though the design aspect/style is similar to what you have uploaded as image reference/

     This is just a reference what we're looking for. If you had read the description more carefully, you would have noticed that any color scheme is acceptable.

     I've read the brief very carefully the problem are not the colors the problem is in your brief, you've added cartoonist design as an image reference and you've rejected all those that were following guidelines, rather you like your logo to be shown in a tall billionaire building or in a very fancy mock-up !!! Good Luck with that.
