I am looking for a designer to create / update the attached proforma.html as an HTML page for a short term rental ROI infographic. The design should be clean, minimalistic and will be used a generic template for multiple clients so should not be overly stylized with fonts and colors. The delivered product will just embedded in another page. Most of the colors / fonts will be inherited from that parent page.

I need the project to be completed as soon as possible. Attach are one example but would be open to fresh ideas.

The code will eventually have several elements as merge fields. Example provided in the proforma.html

Use Bootstrap CSS for Grid Layout. Should use 3 colors <style>:root {--primary-color: #303954; --secondary-color: #6993CD; --tertiary-color:#ECA542;}</style>

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in HTML and CSS / Bootstrap
- Experience in creating clean and minimalistic designs
- Ability to incorporate existing content into the HTML page
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines

Core Design Elements:
- Call to Action button -> "Get Started Now"
- Property Address (Street, City, State Zip)
- Property Details (Beds, Baths, Sleeps)
- Rental Metrics (Nightly Rates, Monthly Rates, Projected Rental Income)
- Property Image
- Business Development Representative (Name, Phone, Email, Headshot)
- Service Cards / Blocks (Icon, Title, Description) - Provided - no need for refactoring
- Monthly Chart of ROI Distribution - Provided - no need for refactoring
