I just need a new layout design - header and footer should remain the same
I need 2 sections to be redesigned - offer details and the "leave your details"

Please note that the winner of the contest will get more pages to design. hopefully for long relationship.

I have this page - http://www.calldaka.com/beta/offer-details/4/ which looks ugly - I need to design it in a way that it will be much more nicer elegant.
please note that this page should be right to left - (hebrew). on top of that - I need it to look nice on mobile.
