I need a kiosk User Interface layout DESIGN for android tablets.

Resolution: 1900x1200
Needs to be fullscreen, not status bar and no system bar!
It needs to show 4 advertisement spaces
Needs to have buttons like: homescreen, news, weather, airport, etc.
The advertisement should always be shown. If a button it clicked it should load the contect in content space.

See attachment for sketch and idea. You can use own ideas also.

The purpose of this kiosk app is to let cusomers use it while they wait in hotel.
