We represent a real estate photography company. We are looking for somebody with skills to do something special from mundane images.
We have fully capabilites to edit images ourselfs. But somethimes we have boring images we want to look a bit extra.

The image to be edited is in this link:

Note its the RAW image. There is also an jpg image. This is how we edit images normally and send them to our customer.

What we want is some image output that looks more "special" and "exlusive". So dont just fix the RAW file in normal way.

But also what we DONT want is unusable images with tons of filter / B&W or other effects that is to just to much.
Image must be able to used normally in lot of places for our customers.

Of course we will award the best editor. And hopefully we will find an editor we can send continusly work to!
(We work with this 24/7 so for the right candidate there will be ongoing work in future.)

Best is it to always read instructions if you want to win. A lot of the photos has b/w or changed color or to much editing. But i guess this also is for playing around and that is not a bad thing for inspiration even if it does not will win you anything :)

Also made rejections of images not usuable because of over editing as to give example on what would not work for customer in the real estate industry.

Also one good idea i noticed from the images is that a new dramtic sky adds punch and drama to the image.

(Wideangle lenses and photography from ground and uppwards distorts. But that is something a real estate editor fixes.)

Also one important aspects in all real estate editing is the straightness of the images. Houses are straight and this is something companies that own houses usually find very imporant :)

Added some stars to show examples that is good from my point of view. Usuable images that customers can use. All images that passed the general level did not get stars but check what images got stars to see what is needed in sellable image editing.
