My project is in need of a skilled illustrator with a keen understanding of medical concepts and familiarity with surgical techniques. The project's purpose is educational, meant to effectively and creatively depict a surgical technique.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create an illustration incorporating both realistic and conceptual elements, accurately depicting a surgical procedure.
- Collaborate with me to understand and effectively illustrate the complexities of the procedure.

Ideal Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in medical illustration, especially in the field of surgery.
- A strong understanding of medical terminology, particularly in relation to surgical techniques.
- Ability to illustrate complex concepts simply for an educational platform.
- Proficiency in creating a mix of realistic and conceptual illustrations.

Your understanding of surgical procedures, combined with your artistic skills, will be crucial in delivering this educational piece.
