We are an estate agents (real estate) and need a new e-mail footer for when we send out e-mails.

We need a footer for all our e-mails.

We need it to look very professional, easy to read, not to fussy, it can't be to big as it is going on an e-mail footer can't be cluttered and needs to show the following:

1. Our awards: (see attached)
2. Company Logo: (see attached both angles)
3. Strap line: South Manchester's fastest growing, regulated and qualified property experts
4. Space for photo:
5. Space for Name:
6. Space for Job Title:
7. Design an icon and Space for Address:
8. Design an icon and Space for E-mail:
9. Design an icon and Space for Tel:
10. Design an icon and Space for Web:
11. Insert logos for our professional trade bodies: (attached ARLA, NAEA, TDS The Property Ombudsman, )
12. Design an icon for social media sites: (facebook, twitter, linkedin, instagram and google plus)
Needs to have the disclaimer at the very bottom of the footer (can be small point size): Attached
13. A banner that says: "FREE 60 Second Valuation" and a button that says "CLICK HERE"
