Sariis Estates is a new modern forward thinking estate agent who deal with Corporate clients nationally in the United Kingdom.

Sariis Estates is looking to create a new logo based on these values and are looking for very creative individuals to come up with ideas for a new Company Logo

We are open to suggestions and promote creativity which is why the briefing will on the actual logo will be minimal.

Our only requirements are that the logo must be able to be easily adapted to be used on letterheads/Business cards and even in different Contrasts.

The logo must convey the corporate image that Sariis Currently has but at the same time be unique and differ from our competitors.

Sariis is just one small gem in a new group of businesses which will all need Logo design so please take this into consideration when choosing if this project is right for you. We are looking for a one-stop shop in terms of logo design for multiple projects in the future.

Attached are competitors logos for inspiration, these are in no particular order and do not necessarily have to be similar

Sariis is willing to pay an extra 30% more than the guide price given by Freelancer to attract higher quality bidders, we hope this is shown in the quality of bids given.

Dear Contest Holder,
Please stay away from generic logos (http://www.gtgraphics.org/genericlogos.html), overused and copied logos, to avoid future copyright issues.Please don't make any decisions based on free Photoshop mock-ups. A LOT OF "DESIGNERS" here try to show their logo firstly in a 3D wall lettering so they can hide how it looks on a plain white background.
