I'm looking for a talented graphic designer to create a compelling flyer that advertises a specific service to homeowners. The primary focus of the flyer should be a strong call to action.

REQUIREMENTS:

- 2 SIDED
- 8.5 inch by 11 inch paper
- SIDE ONE:
: MUST HAVE THE PHOTO OF OUR WORK STAFF (ATTACHED AS A DOCUMENT HERE)
: MUST HAVE THE UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE INDICIA STAMP AT THE TOP 1/3 OF THE
PAGE (AS SHOWN IN THE ATTACHED DOCUMENT OUTLINED IN RED BOX)
: ANY OTHER DESIGN ELEMENT YOU FEEL NECESSARY TO MAKE IT EYE CATCHING
: PHONE NUMBER MUST BE BIG AND VISIBLE : (513) 756 - 7800

- SIDE TWO:
: CREATE AN EYE CATCHING FLYER WHICH PORTRAYS THE FACT WE DO FULL SERVICE HOME
REMODELING, BOTH INTERIOR AND EXTERIOR.
: You can list things like : ROOFING - GUTTERS - SIDING - DECKS - BASEMENTS - BATHROOMS -
FLOORING - KITCHENS - ELECTRICAL, ETC

It would also be nice to have a QR code that states "USE YOUR PHONE'S CAMERA TO TAKE A PICTURE OF THIS CODE TO START A TEXT MESSAGE WITH OUR TEAM" (Then I want the QR code to open their phones text message with the preloaded message of : "Hi, I received your flyer and would be interested in scheduling a time to speak with you about my project." (This preloaded text message should populate this phone number in their phone, (513) 575 - 5555 : The goal here is to have the customer take a photo of the QR code, and just have to push the send button to start chatting with our team.)


SPECIAL NOTE:

This must be a design that resonates with homeowners and generates interest.
Also must have distinctive call to action that motivates the homeowner to engage with our service.
