Dear Freelancer,

I am writing to you on behalf of my martial arts school to request a long-term collaboration for the creation of graphics and posters.

Our martial arts school regularly hosts events, classes and promotions. We need high quality graphics and posters to promote and announce these events. The designs you create should be appealing, professional and informative to appeal to our target audience and get the message across effectively.

Since I want the flexibility to make changes to the graphics created, I need them in PSD file format. This will allow me to make minor adjustments such as date changes or text corrections on my own without needing your assistance.

We expect about 20 jobs per year, which may have different requirements. These include creating posters for events, announcements for classes, flyers, banners for social media platforms, and possibly logo designs. We will discuss the exact details and requirements together in each case before we begin the assignment.

With a long-term commitment in mind, we want to ensure that the collaboration runs smoothly and that our requirements are met. Good communication is important to us to ensure that the results meet our expectations. On-time delivery of finished graphics is also of great importance in order to meet our schedule.

Now Let's talk about the first small assignment, which we would like to use as a test run:

On August 14, I intend to host an event called "Belt Booster Camp". Here the students will have the opportunity to catch up on the learning content of the past summer vacations in a 2.5 hour camp and, if suitable, take their belt test directly. The registration should be done via a QR code which I will still submit. Also, our logo should be visible on the design. The design should reflect the theme of martial arts belts and get the format DIN A4. We teach the sports Judo and BJJ.
