We at RSI SOFTECH are one of the oldest GIS company of India. We are currently developing web portals for GIS Data, Map Data display and analysis. We are looking to build one of the best GIS Portal UI for our project.

Hello Friends,
Due to opening of the Lock Down In Hyderabad I went to the office after creating this contest and could not get back to people. There is a serious understanding issue here. The above paragraph is the one I wrote at the creating the contest. But I see freelancers are designing and creating web pages. We are not looking for the web portal but application portal. Extremely sorry for the misunderstanding. I am uploading few samples with which you can understand. The portal should have ability (within the same UI) read Map Data, GIS Data, Data display and analysis all within one window or if I may use the word App.

We are looking for a free flow, fluid and non traditional GIS Portal App UI. Should be compatible to Desktop and Hand Held Devices. This does not mean that you design/create multiple web pages and design a full web site, but a fully self contained portal for GIS Data display and analysis.

The UI should unique and not like what samples I uploaded, those are just examples to show you what is required. I did not put this in my initial request as I thought people may get biased by looking at samples and so I sent only two lines of description.

Ok what will be there in web GIS Portal App is, generally Main header, Detailed Menu, Tree View showing the data which currently is displayed or rendered in the display canvas and may be flowing tools bars with most frequently used tools like Zoom In, Zoom Out, Measure, Query etc. etc. This interface should not be like we generally see most of the mapping sites BUT please come up with out of the world or unique UI for the GIS portal which no one till now created. (I think I am may be bit ambitious to ask that much or this way, but my idea is to get that stunning UI for the GIS portal). We would "name" it after finalizing the GIS Portal App and later if anyone looks at the Interface they should be able to say that it belongs to "name".

Please see the attached samples, the UI should not look like a desktop app but it should have a web like look and feel. You can also search for Cloud GIS sites and see them for getting an idea but most of them are Desktop like which we do not want.
