Looking for a modern, sleek, and professional header/footer image for the investigations division and internal affairs unit of the Lander Police Department.

We want a header and matching footer designed to be placed on our official reports, memorandums, etc.

You work needs to include:
- Submit two headers and two matching footer designs (one for the investigations division and one for internal affairs)
- Required to incorporate the exact same blue/gold color scheme as to attached logo "IDSeal.png"
