I want to create an artwork for my husband's 40th birthday that represents his life. I want to be able to give him the printed artwork framed but also be able to put the print on an item of clothing or wrapping paper or something. Aspects of his life that I would like represented somehow include: Ukraine, New Zealand, Australia, 2 children (baby boy and 3 yr old girl), marriage, our dog (Kelpie/collie), soccer, triathlon, surf, music/guitar, travel, beach, medicine (profession), wine, tacos, martial arts, fun, sun, rain, snow

I don't have any clear idea what this might look like and am keen for a creative person to help create something special. I've attached some pictures of artworks that could be used as inspiration and have attached some pictures of our life to give some context.
