  ~ It is the city where my wife and I first met & fell in love
  ~ The phoenix bird conveys renewal, rejuvenation & fiery passion
  ~ We want our winery and our wines to fulfill consumers need to escape the daily grind so that they can rekindle their romantic passion
  ~ The phoenix’s rebirth represents bringing together old & new and we want a winery that combines tradition with technology
