We are extending the contest in an effort to better describe what we are wanting to obtain in a logo.

We are a business that sells all types of Public Safety Equipment. Public safety equipment being equipment that is to be used by law enforcement, fire and emergency medical services agencies, not safety equipment such as hard hats, ect.. These products include but are not limited to Emergency Vehicle Lighting (Blue and or Red/Blue Emergency Lights), Vehicle Sirens, Police Badges, Police Handcuffs, and other equipment or products used by these agencies.

The name of the company is West Virginia Public Safety Equipment. West Virginia is a state in the US. We need a logo that can be used for signage, web display, print, embroidery, and basically compatible with all media types. Embroidery of the smaller letters in "Public Safety Equipment" we feel will be a problem for embroidery, however, acceptable to all other media types.

Our vision is of a logo, or symbol, that easily defines our brand and we would like it to include the text "West Virginia Public Safety Equipment" for print and other non apparel uses. That being said, for apparel uses, we feel the symbol must incorporate the letters "WV" and also the letters "PSE" due to the fact of the before mentioned issue of embroidering small text.

We are impressed with many of the submitted entries to this point but we felt we needed to clarity somewhat as to what we must have.
