Layout an Existing article on a 20" x 16" poster

My company was in a magazine, and we would like to present the article to the boss. But just framing 4 pages side by side looks so ugly. I need you to reformat the article so that it fits on a 16 inch by 20 inch poster that includes ALL of the design elements attached.

The article is copied here, however for some reason the pictures for the article don't show up when I copied/pasted from the website so I've uploaded them individually. If it is titled Article # then it is a photo or an element that you can use. The photos must be with their correct captions. Can be landscape or portrait, whatever looks best.

Preferably use Microsoft publisher or a different program so I can double check and edit for mistakes.

Time sensitive project. The first one that meets these criteria gets the money.
