Hello! I'm Gina and I work with local startups to help them build their companies. I need a logo designed for a property repair company. Here are some of the requests:

1) The name is: PropertyRepair.co
2) The tagline is: Maintenance Done Right
Please use both the name and tagline in the logo
3) For the font: Similar to the 'appfolio' logo
4) For the design: Similar to the 'Propertyware' logo. Instead of a cloud outline, can you make an outline of a building or other type of commercial property?
5) For the colors: Different shades of blue
6) Please create files in: AI, JPG, PNG, and TIFF or BMP
7) Please create specifications of the fonts and colors used. See attached SPS-LogoGuideline.pdf for an example.
8) Original work free of plagiarism, please
