  I'd like to see the text in a single color, dark. I like the icon, I would make the text lines in the magnifying glass dark as well.

  I like the overall concept, mostly. I like that it's very clean and modern. I don't know if I like the magnifying glass, but I don't know that I hate it either. I don't have a better suggestion for displaying our mission of watch dogging law enforcement and elected officials. I really like the subtlety and professionalism of this design.
