I need a double-sided print-ready PDF file created. Size: 7.875" x 4.375".
LANDSCAPE Position

The front of the file should contain the SCREEENSHOT attached image without the mouth tray in the bottom left corner but in a LANDSCAPE Position.

The back of the file should contain the below wording:

Directions:

Remove the cap from the whitening tube.
Dispense a drop of gel onto a q-tip.
Carefully paint the gel on the visible teeth, avoiding the gums.
Then apply the tray.
Mini Light:

Plug the mini accelerator light into the duplex LED tray.
Press the on button.
Treatment Duration:

Wear the tray for 15 minutes per treatment.
During the first week, use once daily every other day to allow the teeth to adjust to the gel.
Afterward, use once daily for the rest of the supply.
Apply just one drop per arch.
Ingredients: Propylene Glycol, Kosher Glycerine, Carbamide Peroxide, Hydrogen Peroxide, Carbomer, Peppermint Essential Oil, Triethanolamine.

Precautions:

Do not use if pregnant or lactating.
Avoid using if you have a serious oral condition.
Do not use if you have a known allergy to peroxide.
Using this product absolves all distributors, manufacturers, and partners involved in distribution.
When in doubt about your teeth's condition, consult your dentist.
