I'm in need multiple themes for my simple website builder (basically a landing page).

The main users are local service businesses, e.g. window cleaning, domestic cleaning, gardening, handyman services etc.

This is a very simple one page theme, but we're looking for a broad range of designs to appeal to all types of local service businesses.

Design Features:

!!!! IMPORTANT !!!!
Please don't go beyond the brief, this is a very basic tool and users aren't going to have the option to upload extra images for backgrounds or customise different 'why choose us' type content.
Also I'd prefer to see mobile designs over desktop, as this is the main way these websites are viewed.

- Dark and light mode prefered, but not essential
- Primary color - the business will specify a brand colour when picking a theme, which should be used in the theme (doesn't matter if it's lots or a little)
- Flexible space for a logo and business name
- About section, including variable length text and 0, 1 or multiple images
- List of services - one or more services the business offers, including image, title and short text and a call to action
- Testimonials - multiple customer testimonial including customer name, star rating, short text, services reviewed, and date
- Sections where one or more widgets can be used (quote/pay/customer portal). The design of these widgets isn't part of the scope, just assume a gray box.

Technical requirements:

- Fully responsive, mobile is most important
- No JS frameworks at all, prefered no extra CSS frameworks
- Use Tailwind CSS (prefered), or bootstrap would be considered
- Google fonts can be used (preferably not for icons)
- Font awesome pro icons can be used
- Clean, well written HTML and CSS. Should be easy to work with for integrating into our system

Also please give your theme a name. This will be useful for organising themes and letting our users pick them.
