** We need someone to create 3D badges (with texture) for us to use on our website that looks like the exemple attached with our logo. We want it to be luxurious and representing our branding.

Here's our goal: To have badges for our customers based on their ranking in the training. We want to be able to differentiate a beginner from an expert simply by looking at the badge. However, we want something luxurious that stands out with our branding. We are a coaching business for real estate agents.

Here are the requirements for the badges:

Maximum 3mb
104 x 104 pixels
Need the first 3 badges urgently, then there will be around 5 more to create.
Keep in mind that we might want to create actual pins to wear on clothing, so the files should be suitable for metal cutting.
We like the 3D relief effect as shown in the attached models.
The middle "A" should be our logo (attached separately).

See the models below (our preferred models are the 2nd and 4th) (we've attached a file that represent the kind of design we like)

Idea: Possible to start with the 2nd model and customize it to our needs.
1- Keep the entire model and make it the AMBASSADOR badge (highlighted with blue areas).
2- Remove the blue areas and keep the orange parts to create the MEMBER badge.
3- Remove the blue and orange areas, enhance the red area to create the STARTER badge.

Let's explore how you think the progression could be portrayed. We want to avoid making the STARTER badge look cheap, it should be attractive but simpler in design, with complexity increasing as the member gains experience (for another badge).
