Page Layout design + Individual Country information layout design

1)I need a page layout design for this particular page (see attached screen shot) only the screen shot area. I need a map as well. Need the design to be better than this, more interactive than this. as i need a graphic design to re-design the page.

2) I need the individual country page layout. it should be well design and better than current design.

PS: you can upload your design on temporary html page, preferably to be interactive, nicely thought out design.
