we've been hired by a developer in Abu Dhabi to create the brand for the real estate development project in Abu Dhabi. the project name is PEARL BAY. is intended to be a resolutely modern project consisting of 5 mixed-use towers with shops, this project aims to be a landmark in the landscape of abu dhabi and a benchmark in terms of quality, innovation and good living. The project features a water front and a mangrove view. The project aimed to be competitive in term of selling price and very good in quality finishes. The project aim to be a med to high end development, so mainly we will target investors and mid class clients. we need to create a very attractive logo for the project and a brand identity based on the description given. our competitors are https://www.imkan.ae and https://www.jubailisland.ae
we need a brochure design and design for the website, business cards, letter head and so on.
