Background:

We are an Australian based private tutoring company who has recently completely redesigned their website. The website can be seen here: www.scootertutor.com.au. The redesigned website is based off of the Porto HTML Theme (very popular / widely used) which is available / can be seen as a live preview here: http://themeforest.net/item/porto-responsive-html5-template/4106987 .

Content to be Completed:

At the same time the Porto HTML Theme was purchased, our company also purchased the Porto Mailchimp HTML Email Template which shares common colour schemes / layouts etc.

We want this Porto Mailchimp HTML Email Template theme redesigned to match / suit our www.scootertutor.com.au website. The contest requires a redesigned Porto Mailchimp HTML Email Templates for the following purposes:

1. A professional communications email template used for general communications with its customers such as company updates, lesson confirmations, lesson summaries et cetera. The design at minimum needs to include the Scooter Tutor logo, headers, footer (including address, contract details, social media connections etc) and a consistent colour theme to that of the www.scootertutor.com.au website in addition to any improvements to design / additional features that the designer believes would be useful.

It is expected that the redesigned theme will remain easily configurable and will NOT be limited to a designed Header and Footer with plain / blank Body space to be populated for the communications. We are looking for more than that.

Applicants submissions must be able to be uploaded / redesigned / populated within the Mailchimp HTML email editor otherwise they will not be considered. All CSS must remain Responsive as it currently is within the template Porto theme provided. Multiple email template submissions / suggestions welcomed.

The Porto Mailchimp HTML theme has been attached to the contest for you to work from.

All questions are welcome and will be answered in a timely fashion.

    This looks great Victor. Happy to award based on this. So to confirm though this is a fully ready MailChimp Theme in the same format / construction etc as was originally provided in the Porto MailChimp Theme and remains fully responsive?

    feedback from my fellow directors is that the blue doesnt work. please go back and review the website www.scootertutor.com.au to see what colours and used and how we break up the website. this is what we would like replicated in the HTML Email Theme. Essentially breaking up the middle of that Email Theme after the Call to Action Button with the White Button and then going from there with additional body then a distinguished footer (but again using the same colour scheme as used on the www.scootertutor.com.au website).

    can you please do some alternate designs with a colour as opposed to white on the bottom? perhaps a grey of some description etc? I leave it to your expertise to instruct what is best but i really want this email template to 'pop'. You have completed discretion as to how to do it what colour to change etc. If you could please mock up 1 or 2 more redesigns i will then choose and we can get you paid :). Many thanks.

      Thanks very much. What are the differences between the 4 that you sent through? Also, can you please confirm that with your redesign these still are fully responsive etc and will work across all size screens / platforms with beautiful css etc?

      Hi Victor - apologies however I was sick and didn't get around to finalising this. I havere initiated the contest and intend to award to you. My favourite so far is the third entry however, I would like the footer broken up visuallyfrom the body of the email template. Can you please have a play with this and see how you go? As I am sure you will agree, at present the Body appears to be connected to the Footer due to the similar colours used. Looking forward to seeing your response. Many thanks.
