Please take the above reference website as a starting point and design a nice home page using our logo and colors.
In other words, you need to redesign https://goo.gl/fVBcDf keeping our own logo , images and branding. Check attachment for home page draft.
We need the final format to be PSD.

Updated Brief:
Please check the attachment "Home page draft.JPG" for the page layout we need. Background image for footer is also attached.
Use your creativity to design the page accordingly as per the draft.
https://www.aqr.com/ shows how we want the section 'How we invest' to look.

Please submit your entries soon since we are going to award it as soon as we find a good entry because this is very urgent contest.
